Search:

To find a particular image you may search by typing in keywords or browse by using the scroll down menus that contain predefined catalogs, categories and sets. When searching for a specific serial id# remember to click on the Òserial number search onlyÓ box.

Download an image:

When you find a file you would like to download click on the thumbnail view to enlarge. Review the associated information then click on the "download" button next to the specific file you would like to download. You will be prompted with an "intended use" window. Please type in the details of your intended use for the file. You may also be required to review and agree to the download terms. Review and click agree or disagree. If you agree the file will be saved to your computer's desktop.

Lightbox:

If you would like to save selected files to a lightbox for a project or to share with a colleague you must first create and name a new lightbox. Click on the "create new lightbox" button and type in a name. You may now add files to the lightbox by checking the box underneath the thumbnail view of the files you would like. Once you have selected the images click the "save selected". You may further edit on the lightbox manager page. You may rename, copy, add to, delete or email your lightbox. There is also an area for notes you may have regarding your specific lightbox.
